Posi­ti­on Paper #02 / Impact Inves­t­ing in Real Estate, Eng­lish version

The pur­po­se of this posi­ti­on paper is to out­line the spe­ci­fics of impact inves­t­ing in the real estate asset class1 and to pro­vi­de a basis for reflec­tion on pre­vious actions. The paper builds on Posi­ti­on Paper #012 of the Ger­man Impact Inves­t­ing Asso­cia­ti­on (BIII), which pro­vi­des a sci­en­ti­fi­cal­ly based and gene­ra­li­sed defi­ni­ti­on of impact investing.
